Félix Nunez holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration specializing in management, and is certified in Creating Public Value from the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Université de Sherbrooke. He is a recognized expert in business development and continuous improvement in Québec and Africa.
With over 20 years’ experience managing public, municipal and private organizations, Félix is passionate about creating value for his customers. Nicknamed “Mister Solution” by his colleagues, he excels in the implementation of robust continuous improvement processes and Lean Six Sigma training.
Collaborating with the academic sector, he has been teaching at Université de Montréal, UQTR, and UQAR since 2015. To date, Félix has trained over 2,000 people in the Lean Six Sigma approach, coached teams in continuous improvement, and advised executives in Lean cultural change and strategic planning.
