A native of the Saguenay region, Manon Allard is a seasoned IT specialist with over thirty-five years’ experience. She excels in project and business management.
Over the past 20 years, Manon has led more than 75 projects in the public and private sectors, ranging from small to large-scale projects. She has worked in a variety of fields, developing expertise in project management, team and resource coordination, as well as business management, covering strategic planning, financial management and operations.
Manon is recognized for her effective strategic solutions and her ability to inspire teams. Her commitment to innovation and process optimization has contributed to the success of numerous projects.
In business for 25 years, Manon is always looking for new challenges. In 2010, she founded an administrative support company, which was a finalist in the 2020 Fidéides awards and winner of the 2021 Gala reconnaissance de la MRC de la Jacques-Cartier.
PMP Certified since 2007 and “Yellow Belt” certified in Lean Management since 2020, Manon has held various roles within PMI Lévis-Québec and Gp-Québec, supporting continuous improvement in project management through conferences and training.
Involved in the Quebec City business community, she accompanies new entrepreneurs as a Dragon-Coach at the “Les Dragons de Lévis” competition. Her leadership, sense of responsibility and determination are recognized and appreciated by all those who work with her.
